La Casa Blanca Villa is a spacious 3000 sq ft two story 4 BR/4 BA penthouse located on the top floor of Costa de Oro Condominiums in the prestigious Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta. La Casa Blanca has a spectacular panoramic view of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Newly REDECORATED and remodeled by Lupe Wulff of Artell/Modaentelas Interior Design this spacious centrally air-conditioned villa features a warm and cozy modern interior. Vibrant colors and textiles, local pottery, and art by local Mexican artists complete the feeling of luxury.
The Kitchen is very spacious with all amenities needed for the chef to provide incredible dinners that are prepared around your taste. On some Fridays we are honored with a guest appearance that features our Italian Chef Natale Deluca. His Italian creations are known throughout Vallarta. The Villa pricing is inclusive to include a private chef for the duration of your stay. The Bar seats 4 and provides a perfect view of the Mexican Riviera and sunsets while sipping on your favorite margarita. There are large French doors that emphasize the view of the world.
The Family/TV Room which opens to the Living Room has a private full bath. It can convert to a fifth bedroom with twin beds, and has a view of the beautiful hills of Conchas Chinas. The Dining Room provides comfortably seating for eight.
The upper floor is accessed by a spiral staircase. There are two master bedrooms, each with king beds, ceiling high French doors that open completely to the breathtaking view of the Bay.
The third bedroom with twin beds is equally as beautiful. There is internet connectivity, including fax and copy machine. The upper patio is spacious with a Jacuzzi and lounge chairs for tanning and a panoramic view of the Mexican Rivera and Puerto Vallarta.
