Condo #503_is a roomy 1650 sq ft 2 BR/2 BA condo located in the sumptuous Conchas Chinas area and it is across the street from beach. In the living areas, you will find books, CD, Videos, and the CD Stereo player. The large television has cable and there is a directory of american (english speaking) stations.

The dining room has seating for four. You can entertain here in style. The living room is decorated with vivid Mexican colors, and has two very comfortable chairs and sofas for your comfort and enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed and ceiling high french doors that completely open the room to a panaromic view. The second Bedroom with twin beds that can be combined to a king. There is a second patio off the second bedroom. It has a hillside view. There are two FULL bathrooms - both with soaker tubs and showers. Talvera sinks and Mexican tile complete the look for an authentically Mexican decor.
