This is a one-of-a kind villa in a one-of-a kind location. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood on the desirable south side of town, away from the airport and hotel row. Nestled on a knoll overlooking Banderas Bay, where jungle-covered mountains meet the blue-green sea. The views are breathtaking. The beach is a 5 minute walk, town a 5 minute drive.
The inside offers two master suites, each with king size beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks, tile and plants, and interior gardens. The living room, dining room and one of the master suites overlook the bay. Amenities include a large screen TV, DirecTV, CD and DVD with a library of movies. Boseâ speakers are installed inside and out.
The lower level features an infinity pool overlooking the jungle and Pacific. Stunning sunsets, poolside gardens, terraces and tile. Total seclusion.
A cook is included in the rate; hand-made Margaritas, restaurant-quality food. Low-fat, low-carb items on request. The friendly cook/housekeeper, Cristina, will cater to your every need and yet provide all the privacy desired. You will want for nothing.
This villa is ideal for a couple or two couples looking for a great value and a charming villa. We loved it!!

We had a great time on our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. Casa Sueno Tropical was a very inviting home. The concierge staff for Villas Caribe ensured that we would have a fantastic time. I look forward to my next booking with Villas Caribe.

I am back in the office today, having a hard time to adjusting wearing shoes, but just wanted to let you know we had a marvelous time at Casa Sueno Tropical. It literally could not have been any better. The house is fantastic and the staff, well, there are no words. They were so wonderful! Anna's cooking was unbelievable. A fantastic honeymoon if there ever was one! We promised we would be back as soon as possible!

I hesitate to write this review of Sueno Tropical for fear everyone will discover this gem and it will get booked solid! I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times but have never enjoyed it as much as this visit, thanks to my stay at this villa. It is a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living with an uncluttered, breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains. The infinity pool was definitely a favority spot (along with the nook off the master bedroom where the hammock is!) The house is well-appointed, very comfortable, immaculate and private. I loved the architecture and especially the stained glass windows. It truly has all the comforts of home (and then some.) The staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. If you're considering visiting Puerto Vallarta, do yourself a favor and visit Casa Sueno Tropical -- you will not be disappointed

Well, so much for my Spanish and history of Mexico! Here goes:
I hesitate to write this review of Case Sueno Tropical for fear everyone will discover this gem and it will get booked solid. But I must say,
"This is a fabulous property"! I have been to Puerto Vallarta several times
but have never enjoyed my previous visits as much as I enjoyed this
visit - thanks to my stay at this villa. It is a perfect blend of indoor/outdoor living with an uncluttered, breathtaking view of the ocean and mountains.
I loved sitting on the terrace with morning coffee enjoying the view,
surrounded by beautiful, colorful flowering shrubs and lush vegetation.
We even had visiting hummingbirds each morning along with many other
varieties of birds! The infinity pool was definitely a favorite spot (along with the nook off the master bedroom where the hammock is!). The house is well-appointed, very comfortable, immaculate and private. The
bedrooms are private and each has a large bathroom - making it ideal for couples travelling together. I loved the architecture of the home and
especially the stained glass windows. It truly has all the comforts
(and then some) of home - right down to a great selection of movies and music. If you feel you must exercise, just open the gate and walk the hills of the community - better than any incline treadmill I've ever been on! The staff is attentive and friendly without being invasive. And you must take advantage of their cooking expertise - we enjoyed the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce and Cristina's flan is a real treat! If you're considering visiting Puerto Vallarta, do yourself a favor and experience Case Sueno Tropical - you will not be disappointed.
