Inside, an enormous living and dining area under soaring ceilings leads to a terrace overlooking the ocean. The four spacious bedrooms are very private and comfortable with their own terraces and oversized bathrooms and walk in closets. A small gym, covered garage and service quarters complete this exquisite villa.

Best of all, this villa has a direct and private access to a fabulous white sand beach across the street - a 5 minute walk from the villa. Playa Gemelas is about 500 ft. long and is very private because you can't see it from the road and the access is through a security gate reserved for Sierra del Mar owners. There is also a very nice small restaurant on the beach, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
That adds a whole new dimension of luxury for our guests, who do not have to drive anywhere or put up with crowded beaches. The staff at the villa will of course help with coolers and chairs. Snorkels and fins are at the villa.
