We've returned - an unbelievable experience!! Casa Sabrina was extraordinary - truly a unique property that was so much grander than the photos indicated. It truly is a special property and I just can't say anything but wonderful comments. Everyone loved the flow, colors, decor, size, views, pool, baths, bedding etc, it just was amazing. It is such a huge and stunning property - great location - great feel, so well decorated, just breathtaking. The most magical part though of the house wasn't the physical structure but the service of the staff - Luis (houseman), Manual (cook), and Feliz (housekeeper). They blew away all our expectations - they pretty much even anticipated most everything we might need, and as well provided customized service to every little detail. Even for the services that I am sure every group staying there has, they made it seem as if it was truly just for us: I'm not sure I've ever come across a group that worked so seamlessly together to appear effortless. Manuel's cooking was top quality - multiple courses as each seating with a full week's menu that never repeated even a single dish other than at our request. They were particularly attentive to our kids helping them with the specific foods to make them feel at home. For day excursions, trips to the beach, etc. the staff was on top of things with suggestions and ideas. Theresa the house manager stopped by at the beginning, once in the middle and at the end and did a good job of making sure all was taken care of. It was just such an outstanding experience - my mother remarked on the plane home how she was just so thrilled how the staff made everyone in the family feel so special and did such a great job in taking care of every whim - just truly nice people. And she is still in awe of the house as was everyone else. Overall - I can't say anything more than a perfect 10 of 10 for the house and staff - and even with high expectations going in, the experience was far, far above what we envisioned.
