The circular theme is found throughout the house and its three towers. Enter from the street down a few steps to a circular courtyard. An elegantly designed door opens into the foyer and stair tower containing carved wooden steps that spiral up to the second floor’s en suite bedrooms and additional living room with large-screen TV.
Off the foyer is the main living room with fireplace, opening in a wide arc to the terrace overlooking the bay and the ocean beyond, and an infinity pool and a large palapa-covered mirador.
From the terrace, steps spiral down over a round pool with a fountain to the lower terrace with a large ficus tree pruned into the shape of a fan to provide privacy while permitting views of the bay on either side of the fan from the house. Steps lead from the lower terrace to the main garden, featuring over 25 species of palm, koi pond, three intimate sitting areas, a collection of orchids and a sprinkler system located high up in the trees that creates a fascinating jungle rainforest effect.
The villa features three en suite bedrooms with beautiful ocean views. A/C in two of the bedrooms. The Casita has 1 bedroom with views of the garden.
