The villa overhangs the ocean with the legendary Mismaloya beach a 5 minute walk away. As you enter into the expansive living and dining room a magnificent 180 degree panoramic ocean view welcomes you. Floor to ceiling glass doors lead you to a sweeping terrace, infinity pool, Jacuzzi and swim-up bar.

Each of the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms has an ocean view and boasts private terraces, marble floors and walk-in closets. The lower level master suite has a very private sandy platform beach. Four of the bedrooms have king beds and the fifth has two twins.

The villa also features a modern kitchen with granite counters, a state of the art reverse osmosis drinking water system, indoor and outdoor dining and air conditioning throughout. There is also an enormous rooftop sundeck, a Jacuzzi, heated infinity pool, gym, satellite TV, stereo system including CD player, a 2 car garage, 2 indoor bars, internet hookup and separate staff quarters.

The house comes with a full staff including a cook, houseman and housekeepers.

Design and decor make this villa ideal for world class entertaining or for an intimately quiet getaway. It is a 15 minute drive south of the shopping and restaurants of Puerto Vallarta.
