Most cell phones do not work in Puerto Vallarta, but most can be reprogrammed to work while you are there. If you do choose to have your phone reprogrammed, do not forget that you must have it reprogrammed again before leaving Puerto Vallarta. Renting a prepaid cell phone is also an option should you find it necessary to have a cell phone for Puerto Vallarta Communications. Phones with international roaming should work in Puerto Vallarta, but it is always best to first check with your service provider.

There is now a local access number for a direct connection to AOL 226-0208. You have to have an AOL account. There are no long distance charges.
